Preparing for Your Head Spa Treatment

No. You can arrive with your hair unwashed. Cleansing is part of our head spa treatments, so there’s no need to shampoo beforehand.

Yes. We recommend avoiding heavy gels, waxes, hairsprays, and other styling products before your appointment. Arriving with minimal product buildup allows your therapist to focus on the scalp and hair care included in your treatment.

Comfortable clothing with an open or loose neckline is recommended. Please remove necklaces and earrings before your treatment. A spa wrap is available if you would prefer to change.

If you have long hair, please brush or gently comb through it before arriving to remove tangles. This helps minimize time spent detangling during your appointment and allows your therapist to concentrate on your scalp treatment.

Our head spa treatments require access to the scalp for cleansing and massage. We recommend removing extensions or undoing styles that prevent access before your appointment. If you’re unsure whether your hairstyle can be accommodated, please contact us before booking.

We recommend waiting at least one week after coloring or perming your hair before receiving a head spa treatment. If your stylist has provided different aftercare instructions, please follow those recommendations.

Your hair will be washed during your head spa treatment. Hair dryers and sample hair care products are available for you to dry your hair afterward. If you’d prefer a professional finish, you can book a Simple Blow Dry as an additional service.
